We are taught to always be kind to others…..I drove down the mountain this evening to feed momma dog. My friend that helps was knee deep in painting her deck so I told her that I would take care of her. I drove thru a burger place to grab something to feed momma dog and an apartment resident….as I arrived in the parking lot I saw Kevin, a resident that is deaf and dumb, working on his car….bless his heart ♥️….he always is!! Within minutes of backing in; I saw him throw his hands up. I decided that he needed some of the food that I had picked up for another resident (thinking Ann lives on the back side/ she’ll never know!)
I walked over towards his car smiling….even though I know zero sign language; we do communicate in various ways. I put the food on his car hood and he dove into it. For 1 hour; he tried to show and tell me what was wrong….I first texted my son then called him….trying to “help” Kevin with his ball joint issue on his left front wheel…..
