Update on Heather!
It has been a very bad night. It got better around 10:30 pm and then all turned bad. Her fever spiked again high and her breathing was so bad the Dr wanted to put her on a ventilator. He felt that her body could not withstand what she is going through and felt that before long her heart will give out. She didn’t want it and my son said they didn’t want it unless it was the absolute last resort. The Dr said he felt it was and wanted her to sign a form that she would do it if her heart stopped. Yes ok for last resort. So now this morning things turned around again. She is doing some better and her breathing has improved, her heart rate has dropped to an average of 30 which is better. Breathing is not as shallow. Her rash is going away, which means it was a reaction to something, chemo, or sepsis? We don’t know. But why doesn’t the hospital.
