I would like to share a bit about me and my health…
During June 2011 thru April 2014 as I caregived my Momma, lost her then caregived my Daddy & lost him….I somewhat ignored my own health during that time. After moving back home to Chattanooga, TN it took over 2 months to “just rest”.
After that I found out that my bp was high/ it had never been and I had liver disease. From that point…I started receiving help…
Last year between May to mid August were fantastic days/ I didn’t feel nor look my age…that was until I caught a terrible stomach bug as I was doing my dog rescue/ from an elderly resident where momma dog lived. I was so very sick for over 6 weeks. I only was able to take in liquids. I was overweight at that time but was working on losing weight slowly to keep it off….I dropped so much weight during that time I not only look my age now but don’t have pep in my step like I use to! From that point after recovering I was hit with 2 other ...
