WHICH MEANS: MANY departments mirror each other and are being removed because that is waste and bloat and unnecessary.
WHICH MEANS: MANY departments have 1000s hired to do tasks/duties that require/need only 100 MERIT BASED employees at best.
ALL of this means TRUMP is digging up, exposing, and removing the CORRUPT/WASTE.
