Well a memory popped up from 2021 - an image of me. I didn’t recognize my eyes!! My eyes looked dead ☠️ 😳
I know that finding the movement, taking the oath, following Phil and making some hard decisions really has brought me back to life.
Am I where I want to be with my health?? No!! But I’m well on my way. Big Pharma had me in a trap and thanks to the patches I was able to get off the last meds that I knew weren’t good for me which included an antidepressant - done as of March 2025.
We gotta celebrate the wins and how far we have come on this first day of a beautiful month AUGUST. We gotta celebrate the little things. They may be little to others but they sure can be a big WIN for us individually. The little victories celebrated help get us to the FINISH.
