Heavenly Father, Our hearts are filled with peace and comfort on this first day of the new year. Rejoicing because of what Your Son and our Saviour Jesus Christ did for us on the cross. We are thankful for the grace provided to wash away the sins of the sinner, so they can have a new beginning and be welcomed into the fold when they ask for forgiveness. Today, as we start the year of 2026 I want to plead the precious blood of Jesus over all of my friends and family. I ask that You would take away any fear or anxiety they may have and give them Your unmistakable peace.
