This is Helena Bresk at 1311 Larkspur Ln in Paso. A neighbor at 330 Primrose Ln is starving animals and we’ve finally realized where they’re escaping from! This is NOT the first time. We just didn’t know where they came from…
There are 3 kids too and regular strange whines,cries and whimpers from that house.
We’ve reported to your officers ,to animal control and to our HOA in Oak Meadows. It’s been a week since one starving dog briefly escaped and was eating grass ,gobbling water and attempting to gain sustenance in our yards.He did have a can of food I put in his yard but too little too late…
We neighbors attempted to catch him to get him to a vet but he fell over the gate ,back into the 330 Primrose yard in abject terror.
Chief Damian please! Do something!
Something horrific is going on behind closed doors here and help is too slow for the animals and maybe for the kids!
Tragedy is happening here…
