It's with a very heavy heart that I will be ending my Locals account at the end of the month. It has been an amazing blessing and I am so grateful for my time here with all of you. My husband has shared with me a lot of information that has surfaced that is not very favorable about Phil and disturbed us greatly. We've considered the sources, have prayed about it, and are persuaded that is time to move on from Locals. This has been a long time coming. We have been with and have supported Phil for a very long time and are heart broken over these findings. I will not get in to the content of the information. Y'all can do your own research.
