EACH STATE, THEN AND NOW HAD/HAS DIFFERENT CONCERNS AND NEEDS.
WHILE I AM SO PROUD AND THANKFUL FOR THOSE IN DC/WH WHO TAKE NO GOVERNMENT SALARY AND WORK FOR THE PEOPLE...
