Calm down. That’s not what the ruling actually did.
Here’s the real context they’re conveniently leaving out:
The Supreme Court didn’t ban tariffs.
They didn’t kill Trump’s trade strategy.
They ruled that 𝗜𝗘𝗘𝗣𝗔 (𝟭𝟵𝟳𝟳 𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 𝗟𝗔𝗪) can’t be used for sweeping global tariffs without clear Congressional authorization.
